1. Agreement
By accessing or using Qcurate.live ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. The service
Qcurate provides tools for fans to express demand for live performances, pledge commitments, and receive tickets when campaigns succeed, subject to campaign rules and payment processing.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
4. Pledges and payments
Pledges represent commitments subject to campaign success and payment rules. Charges may occur when campaigns succeed and tickets are issued, as described at checkout and in campaign-specific terms.
5. Tickets
Tickets are personal, non-transferable unless we explicitly allow otherwise, and may use rotating QR codes or other anti-fraud measures.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse the Platform, attempt to circumvent security, abuse referrals, or use automated means to manipulate demand or pricing.
7. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that any artist will perform or that any campaign will succeed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Qcurate's liability is limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
