Is my money charged immediately?

No. We record your commitment at your pledge amount. You are charged only when the campaign succeeds and tickets are issued — not before.

What if the campaign doesn't reach its target?

Your pledge is cancelled and you owe nothing. No charge is taken for unsuccessful campaigns.

How are final ticket prices determined?

We use a fair pricing algorithm that considers all pledges and tiers. Early supporters are rewarded with better prices where the rules allow.

Can I resell my ticket?

No. Tickets are tied to your identity and use rotating QR codes to reduce fraud and scalping.

How does the referral discount work?

Share your link. When friends join and pledge, you can receive a referral discount (e.g. 10%) subject to campaign rules and your referral history.

Can I use Qcurate outside Zimbabwe?

Campaigns are organized by city and country. Availability depends on artists and local campaigns — check each campaign’s details.

What payment methods are supported?

Supported methods depend on region and Stripe configuration. You’ll see eligible options at checkout when a campaign charges.

How do I cancel my pledge?

While a campaign is still active, you can cancel from your dashboard. Once a campaign closes or succeeds, different rules may apply.

What is the difference between GA and VIP?

GA is general admission; VIP includes extra perks defined per campaign (e.g. better seating or perks you select when pledging).

How do artists get on the platform?

Fans create campaigns for catalog artists. Verified artists can claim their profile and use the artist dashboard after approval.
